Disney Channel (Korea)
Disney Channel () is a cable and satellite television channel which is a local version of the Disney Channel for South Korea. On November 2, 2011, the largest shareholder of TMK was changed to SK Planet, a wholly owned subsidiary of SK Telecom which focusing on Digital Contents, Integrated Commerce and Advertising & Marketing Businesses.
On October 1, 2015, SK Planet sold their stake in TMK to Disney Channels Worldwide, making Disney to take full control of the channel and its sister network Disney Junior.
